Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

The shipping charge for each order is dependant on each individual gift basket and order destination. The shipping charge will be detailed in the shopping cart.

Any changes that are made to the delivery address will result in an additional $10 fee (applies to orders that have already been processed for delivery).

We are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. All deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the requested delivery date, if we are provided with complete and accurate recipient information. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in a delivery delay and increased shipping charges.

For best results, give the destination address of where the recipient is most likely to be between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm.The courier requires a telephone number for the recipient in the event they need to be contacted for further delivery instructions.

The recipient's physical street address is required. Delivery is not available to Post Offices Boxes or Rural Routes.
